FAQ

Which Washer? Pressure or flow better?

The correct parameter to define the performance of a pressure washer the efficacy of washing. The factors influencing this are the flow rate (volume of water drawn up from the pump in the unit) and the pressure (force exerted by the water on the unit). Major sar, pi rapid sar work (less time for rinsing); greater will be the pressure greater sar the wash depth (top breakup tenacious dirt). Often emphasizes only the pressure (also why? the size of the pump and therefore the costs of accomplishment are lower), but the scope is of equal importance.

Which pump? Better axial or linear?

There is a winning technology, as both solutions can provide performance and joint lifetimes, there who determines the quality the pump quality the project (axial or linear) and the components used; for this reason Lavorwash decided to develop both technologies, taking into account a robust design that ensures ample safety margins and reliability

Which Design? Better horizontal or vertical?

The design of a cold water pressure washer pu be developed horizontally (eg. Danube) or vertically (IE. Michigan), meaning even the position of the pump and not only. Vertical development turns out to be better for the end user, compactness of space and better handling of the machine, these benefits will translate into a higher cost of production. Horizontal development benefits the facilit?? the pump maintenance, greater stability and has a lower production cost.

Why buy a hot water pressure washer?

l must use a pressure washer hot water when you need to disrupt particularly tenacious oily or dirty, in the shortest possible time. The washing efficiency of hot water is noticeably superior to the cold water (up to 50% extra on certain types of residues), because the heat promotes the dissolution of dirt. The effect of heat on the surface facilitates quick drying. Using a pressure washer with hot water so we have: less wash time (at parit of dirt), best breakup not water-soluble dirt, less drying time and lower amount of detergent?; in short, lower fees for cleaning.

The boiler

a diesel heater that increases the temperature of the water that comes from the pump; the difference between the temperature of inlet and outlet is technically referred to as Delta T. The size of the boiler or heat exchanger surface, i.e. of the coil and fuel consumption, determines the thermal power of the burner. In parit thermal power, increasing capacity (the amount of the water from heat) Delta-T decreases proportionally. We understand this because pressure washers with capacities above, have more burners powerful: to ensure the best temperature condition of use. All our stoves have high thermal efficiency: close to 90% or higher. Means that the relationship between output power obtained (Delta-T stamped all?) and energy consumption (diesel) to produce that power.

What changes between pressure washers with similar performance?

Besides the pressure and flow of a machine, you should also look at the accessories supplied (type and size), ancillary functions (stop, automatic anti-Calc, etc) and construction (materials and technologies). However, the aspect most important the resistance to wear and to the continued use of any cleaner that grows progressively with increasing of specific components or to switch from one model to the upper one.
